Right of withdrawal

To return a product, as a natural person , you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product.

The shipping costs derived from the return will be at the customers expense.

Returns of defective or erroneous products.

 In the case of wrong products or that have any other damage or defect , we will proceed to refund the full amount according to the same payment method chosen by the customer within a maximum period of 14 days. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or products, or until you have provided proof that they have been returned in good condition, depending on which condition is met first.

In these cases, Quinton/Totum Sport is responsible for the shipping costs provided that the client has correctly carried out the steps indicated and their arguments have been accepted.

To do this, you must contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the product to exercise your right of return as it expires quickly, through the contact e-mail info@quintonstore.co.za sending us a photograph and indicating the error or defect along with your personal and order data through the return form.

In any case, Quinton/Totum Sport must always verify that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always put "DAMAGED PACKAGING" or similar on the carrier's delivery note to be able to claim later, since otherwise the carrier agrees with the delivery. product receipt.

How do you proceed to return a product?

The products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, together with any accessories related to them, and it is advisable to include a photograph of the condition of the product and its packaging.Quinton/Totum Sport will indicate the company that will collect the product. The collection period will be approximately two working days.You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.In no case will we accept returns sent postage due.
